Refund Policy — JunkTrash Xpress

No Refunds After Junk Has Been Removed

Because junk removal is a labor-based service and disposal fees are paid immediately, all completed services are final and non-refundable once the junk has been loaded and hauled away.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with our service before we complete the job, please notify the crew immediately.
We will do our best to correct the issue on the spot.

Deposits (If Required)

If a deposit is required to reserve a large cleanout or multi-truck job:

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment time.

  • Deposits are refundable only if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled job.

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation if you cancel 24+ hours before your appointment.

  • A $25 cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or last-minute schedule changes.

Price Adjustments

  • If you were overcharged by mistake, we will promptly:

  • Correct the error, and

  • Issue a partial refund or adjustment as needed.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • No refunds are issued for:

  • Completed junk removal services

  • Labor already performed

  • Disposal or recycling fees already paid

  • Jobs rescheduled multiple times

  • Customer-provided incorrect access or information
